I’ve long believed that a key component in mental health is helping the nervous system reset and find a state of calm as often as possible.
We live in a busy world with information coming into our awareness nearly 24/7. Our nervous systems are not designed for this kind of constant stimuli.
I believe that some time spent on resetting our nervous system is a vital component in the health and well-being of a whole body.
For a while, I provided Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions in person in my office. During that time, I heard a lot of people looking for a way to participate that didn’t involve driving to the office, and would also allow them to utilize these tools on their own time.

There are 12 hours of yoga videos available there for you, focusing on grief and anxiety. And they’re yours to access for FREE. Also included on this page are all the episodes of my podcast so feel free to listen to those as well. But make sure you look through all the videos as the grief videos may be further down in your feed than the anxiety videos but they’re all there! :)

I envision these packages to be a compliment to other self-care in your life such as massage or acupuncture. The goal is that at the end of a session, you leave with a nervous system that is no longer vibrating at a high level. You will ideally feel more attached to your own physical body and your brain will take a break from constant thinking/spinning.
These videos are raw, not overproduced and include my quirky personality (because I don’t know how to do anything without that ;)). You can use the videos in a way that works best for you. You can do a full session followed by the yoga nidra. You can do a yoga session and be on your way. You can simply do a yoga nidra meditation. And if you don’t have time for a full session, you can just pick a pose or two and call it good. These are your videos to use in whatever way that serves your nervous system the best. :)
